[주식매매 원칙] 10 Trading rules by SysTJ

1. Never chase a stock. Same rule applies in real life. Never chase money..people...gurus...

 

2. Have very high standard on your stock pick. Never negotiate your standard.

 

3. Always!! Buy at the support and sell at the resistance. Sell at the breakdown of support and buy at the break of resistance. Never buy anything in between the range. 

 

4. Learn how to read volume. Volume is the #1 key indicator that confirms the price action. Do not get into any stock with low volume. No Volume = No trade

 

5. Always plan the trade, and execute the plan and follow the plan. 

 

6. Get your emotions out when trading. Stay in cash if you are not emotionally ready.

You cannot be angry, anxious, uncomfortable, sick etc when trading. It can hurt your account. 

 

7. Trading is not a game of rocket science. It's a game of math, probablity and MIND.

 

8. Let the opportunity come to you. Be patient and be patient until you see a perfect opportunity. Know that cash is a position.

 

9. When your trade is not working, get out immediately. Being wrong is ok, Staying wrong

will destroy you. Managing risk is #1 in trading. 

 

10. Positive mind. Positive mind. Positive mind.

Never trade to make up a loss. Loss is a win when you follow your plan. Loss is part of the game. Take it as a learning curve..business expense..You cannot operate your business without expenses. Trading is just as same as running a business. What's important is keeping the loss small. Never let your loss affect your trade.
